When You First Reach Out

When you first reach out to us, whether by phone, email, our website, or social media, you'll hear from our Office Manager within one business day. They'll give you a call to chat about your project and answer any initial questions. No robot voicemails or AI bots helping you schedule your estimate, just real people who genuinely care about your project.
Your Estimate
You'll know what to expect before your appointment.
Once you're on our calendar for an on site estimate, your estimator will send you a text before arriving at your home. They'll keep you updated leading up to your appointment, and you can reach out to them directly if you're running a few minutes late or something comes up at the last minute. No more getting ghosted by contractors.
After your estimate, you can continue reaching out to your estimator anytime with questions or changes you'd like to make to your proposal. They're here to help you make the best, most informed decision when choosing who to trust with your home. We want you to feel confident in your decision, and communication is a key part of that process.
Once Your Estimate Is Accepted
You'll hear from your designated Project Manager.
Once your estimate is accepted, you'll hear from your designated Project Manager. Within a few days of accepting your proposal, they'll give you a welcome call to discuss your colors, scheduling, and answer any questions you have about the upcoming project.
When it comes to scheduling your painting project, your Project Manager will provide you with a tentative start week. As everyone knows, Minnesota weather can be unpredictable, so occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable. No need to worry. Your Project Manager will keep you informed and work with you every step of the way.
Before Your Project Begins
Every expectation is communicated before the painting even begins.
Before your project begins, your Crew Lead will complete an on site walkthrough with you. This is your opportunity to point out any areas of concern, ask questions, or clarify project details. Every surface is accounted for, and every expectation is communicated before the painting even begins.
Once Your Project Is Underway
Everything is communicated, and nothing gets overlooked.
Once your project is underway, you'll receive daily updates on what the crew is working on, how the project is progressing, and what time they'll wrap up for the day and return the next. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the project, your Project Manager is always just a call or text away. No more painters showing up unexpectedly or leaving you wondering what's happening. Everything is communicated, and nothing gets overlooked.

At The End Of Your Project
You'll complete a final walkthrough with your Crew Lead.
At the end of your project, you'll complete a final walkthrough with your Crew Lead. Together, you'll review all of the completed work and have the opportunity to point out any remaining questions or touch ups before the crew leaves. Once the walkthrough is complete, your Project Manager will send over your final invoice.
