Our project got off to a good start with the help of your color consultant, Mary. The amount of prep work was managed quickly and the project was done in a very timely manner. The house looks great! The consultant asked a lot of good question in advance and when she met with us, had a great, curated selection of colors that were along the lines of what we were looking for, which helped us narrow things down and make quick choices. Headwaters was impressive from start to finish of our exterior painting project. I was impressed by their organization and communication as we worked through the estimating and planning phases. Their crew arrived on time, was extraordinarily thorough with prep work, attentive to detail during the painting phase, and did a great job with cleanup when the work was finished.

Ryan and Danie were extremely responsive as I did this project while living out of town. Easy to schedule with and their painter even helped my mother carry a heavy dehumidifier out of the basement! Really happy with the result and the service was great.

I found Headwaters Painting through an internet search. The website for this small Ryan, Matt, and Jose’s painting crew were extremely courteous, clear, professional, timely and performed to high standards. I plan to work with them again for additional painting work in my home. I had dining/kitchen/living room and entire basement (three rooms) walls and ceiling painted. The work was completed in less than two business days and looks fantastic. I have no reservations recommending this company to my friends and I plan to use them again in the near future.

We ended up being out of town for most of the painting, however we had multiple neighbors tell us how professional the crew was. Every interaction we had with the team was positive.

Ryan and his team rock. Love the work, professional yet down to earth attitude, and the awesome follow through and the communication. One of his guys accidentally broke a toilet seat (it was cheap and needed to be replaced anyways) and Ryan immediately told me about it and replaced it for no extra cost. That’s called amazing customer service. Most contractors are great until something goes wrong, then you find out their character, and Ryan and his team are painters with integrity.
