We do. Our Contract entails what to expect from both parties involved and is attached with every estimate we provide. When you accept the Estimate, you Agree to the Contract.

We give our clients an option to send over the colors they have chosen on their own (before beginning the project), or they can take advantage of a complimentary 90-minute color consultation with Mary. Upon accepting your estimate, she will reach out to you to schedule an onsite consultation, will have all your project info on hand, and strives to help you pick that perfect color for your project! Ensuring a quality paint job means ensuring you love your colors!
We ask that payment please be made in full upon the final walkthrough, and given to your project manager. Cash, or Checks made out to Headwaters Painting LLC are accepted. We also accept Credit Card payments (clients agree to pay a 2.5% service fee).
This can vary depending on your project! Rest assured, we always send out a Pre-Project Checklist which entails what to expect when we are working in or around your home, and what we may need from you before our arrival. One thing we always appreciate is a safe and clean jobsite for our crew, but our goal is to make sure the process is easy and comfortable for you!
This will vary from project to project and weather may play a factor during the Exterior season. We provide (and strive to meet) an estimated completion date for your project! The completion date is based on the amount of labor and original scope of work.
You don’t! Although we strive to complete a walkthrough with our clients before beginning, we understand this isnt always possible. We always make sure we are organized and prepared for your project before beginning. We can start, operate, and complete your project while you’re on vacation, living across the country, or just going about your busy schedule!

We pride ourselves on thorough communication and expectations so you can stress less and enjoy your valuable time! We are thrilled to have a Project Manager assigned to every job who will be your point of contact at the beginning of and for the duration of your project. Their goal is to ensure that you have a great experience by providing consistent updates, checking quality standards, and answering any questions you may have. You’ll never be kept in the dark about your project!

Headwaters Painting is a member of the PCA (Painting Contractors Association) and follows all proper work protocol and craftsmanship per industry standards, along with using only quality products! However, if there is a failure due to a defective product or improper application we have a 3 year Warranty that covers both materials and labor!
We typically use high quality products from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore and do not use paint provided by a client as this may have an effect on quality or application, and will not be covered by our warranty.
Minor touch ups can be inevitable and are easy for us to do after a project is completed! We make sure we get back as quickly and briefly as possible to ease any concern!
